Johnson Chukwu serves as the company's Board Chairman, bringing extensive expertise from a career spanning over thirty years in financial services. He previously held senior positions at major institutions including Intercontinental Bank, Diamond Bank, Guardian Express Bank, and Spring Bank Plc. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Lagos and an MBA from Lagos Business School at Pan Atlantic University. He maintains professional memberships as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, plus associate and honorary memberships with stockbroker and banking institutes. Beyond his chairman role, he chairs Fidelity Pension Managers Limited and serves as Managing Director/CEO of Cowry Asset Management Limited. He has pursued advanced executive education at prestigious global institutions including Harvard Business School, Wharton, IESE Business School in Spain, and London School of Economics.
